2025 Paving Project

The 2025 Village of Elm Grove Paving Project will begin with DPW crews mobilizing to address stormwater upgrades the week of May 12, 2025. Following Department of Public Works tasks, the paving contractor, Wolf Paving, will begin pulverizing and grading streets to prepare for the installation of new pavement.

The project timeline inclusive of all of the areas will span from May until the end of August/early September, pending weather events. There may be temporary closures and sections of streets will be closed to “Thru Traffic” but open to “Local Traffic Only”

• 6/14 Binder Couse
• Possible week of 6/16 Surface Course

Fairhaven and Lone Tree Rd

• 7/21-7/22 Pulverizing/ Knockdown and Fine Grading
• 7/30 Binder Course
• 7/31 Surface Course

Woodlawn Circle and Sunset Drive

• 7/28 Pulverizing/ Knockdown and Fine Grading
• 8/5 Binder and Surface Course
