Zoning Map

The Village of Elm Grove Code of Ordinances establishes various zoning districts throughout the community. Zoning districts include, but are not limited to:

• Single family residential
• Multi-family residential
• Local business
• Office business
• Mid-rise office and Professional business
• Limited manufacturing
• Park and institutional
• Planned development overlay

These use districts are reflected on a formal Zoning Map (PDF) that identifies the various use zones on a parcel-by-parcel basis. While the PDF Zoning Map provides a helpful snapshot of the zoning districts, the Village's Asset Ally GIS Map has a zoning layer that illustrates the district boundaries in greater detail.
