2. Request For Meeting Participation Via Zoom

4. This form is to request access to a Zoom Link in order to participate in a Village supported Committee or Board meeting. This form must be submitted no later than 3:00 pm on the Friday preceding the scheduled meeting. 

   If you would like to view only the meeting the Village streams Board of Trustees, Committee of the Whole, and Plan Commission meetings. You can find the link to view the stream on the front page of the website or the recording will be made available under the agenda after the meeting.

   Please note, this form is not for meetings run by entities utilizing our community rooms and facilities as rental spaces. In this case, please contact the organizer of the meeting.
