We begin with an overview of the butterfly life cycle and discuss adult food sources, larval food sources, and behaviors such as hibernation versus migration. With that foundation, we share tips on how to create a butterfly garden in your yard–from selecting appropriate plants to creating a garden design and maintaining the garden so that you will enjoy a variety of butterflies in your yard for years to come.
