Closed Session-May convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin §19.85(1) (e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session with respect to the with respect to the potential purchase of 13405 Watertown Plank Road, commonly referred to as One Hour Martinizing (OHM).

Closed Session May also convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sec. 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. More specifically, discussion regarding asserted alleged confidential trade secret information regarding utilized the Village in the course of the creation of TID #3.

The Board may convene into open session to take action on any item listed above.

A.

Discussion and possible action regarding hiring of special legal counsel for the purpose of reviewing the process of the approval and creation of TID#3 and the associated TIF. (Stuckert/Schindler)
