2021 EGV Tax Bills Are Out!

The 2021 Village of Elm Grove tax bills are available online. Paper bills should be making their way to homes by the end of this week 12/10/2021 - beginning of next week 12/13/2021. Reminder - all payments are sent to the Waukesha County Treasurer located at Waukesha County Courthouse  515 W. Moreland Blvd., Room AC148  Waukesha, WI 53188 

Due dates for the bills remain the same.

If you choose to drop off your bill at the Village Hall - they will be forwarded to Waukesha County for processing. 

Checks are to be made out to the Waukesha County Treasurer. Cash is only accepted in person at the Waukesha County Treasurer's Office located at Waukesha County Courthouse  515 W. Moreland Blvd., Room AC148  Waukesha, WI 53188 

You can pay via credit card or e-check online. Credit cards have a percentage fee. E-checks are a flat rate of $1.50. You get an instant receipt. Use the link, enter your address, click on the tax bill, scroll to the bottom to make a payment online. 

All residents will receive a receipt in the mail approximately 5 business days after the posting of your payment by the Waukesha County Treasurer. You can also get your receipt online using the link below. 

Any overpayments will be returned to the mailing address listed on the tax record approximately 2-3 weeks after payment is made. This allows for the check to clear. 

Any underpayments will be notified to the resident prior to the final July installment payment.

Please note: the Village Hall is closed on December 24th and December 27th.
