Bring the meeting to order and roll call.

Review and act on minutes.

Consideration, hearing, and action on a variance request for properties located at 610 and 620 Crystal Lane from Section 335-19H and 335-34A to exceed the maximum impervious surface percentage allowed within the RS-3 Zoning District, and to have a shared driveway located closer than three feet to the lot line.

4.

Convene into closed session to deliberate the above appeal.

5.

Reconvene into Open Session and Possibly Take Action Regarding the Above Board of Appeal Item.

6.
