Closed Session- May convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin §19.85(1) (e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session with respect to the contract for municipal water from the City of Wauwatosa, and with respect to the potential purchase of 13405 Watertown Plank Road, commonly referred to as One Hour Martinizing (OHM).

Closed Session - The Board may go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(c) to consider employment and compensation data over which the governmental body has jurisdiction and exercises responsibility, more specifically performance evaluation and review of the Village Manager and establishment of non-represented salaries.
