Consideration, hearing, and action on variance requests by the property owners at 1085 Grandview Drive, requesting variances from §335-17F(1) to allow for construction of a new home with a street yard setback of 20’ on Kurtis Drive, and a street yard setback of 34’-3” on Grandview Drive. The required street yard setback within the Rs-1 Single-family Zoning District is 50’.

Convene into closed session to deliberate the above appeal.

Reconvene into Open Session and Possibly Take Action Regarding the Above Board of Appeal Item.
