Consideration, hearing, and action on appeal for a variance request of §335-19F(1) pursuant to §335-70 for the property located at 1295 Longwood Avenue.

Consideration, hearing, and action on appeal for a variance request of §335-48(A)(1)(a) and (b) to allow for flexibility from the size, height, and maximum area restrictions prescribed respectively in §335-48(A)(1)(a) and (b) as it relates to sale, lease or rent signs pursuant to §335-70.

5.

Convene into closed session to deliberate the above appeals.

6.

Reconvene into Open Session and Possibly Take Action Regarding the Above Board of Appeals Item.

7.

Adjournment.
