Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women. Join us to learn how to protect your heart by knowing your numbers and identifying your personal risk. In this session, you will learn about types of heart disease, risk factors, symptoms, and prevention, as well as setting S.M.A.R.T. goals for healthy changes and measuring success. This Grapevine session is sponsored by the Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation, and will be presented by Christina Ebert, a nurse with the Grapevine Project. Free to attend, everyone is welcome.
