  6. Memory Screening Day, presented by the Waukesha County ADRC

    March 29, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM @ Elm Grove Library

A memory screen is a wellness tool that helps identify possible changes in memory and recognition. It is not a diagnosis, just a screen to create a baseline of where a person is at so that future changes can be monitored. It provides useful health information about your brain, just like a blood pressure test provides information about your heart. These free, 15 minute memory screens are offered by the Waukesha County Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) and presented by Ronda Bauer, a Dementia Care Specialist for Waukesha County. Ronda will also have resources on hand to help you take any next steps. To make an appointment for a screening, contact Ronda Bauer at the ADRC: 262-548-7848. Appointments are required.
