Consideration, hearing, and action on appeal for variance request - 13905 Lloyd St.
Property is existing non-conforming.  Request variance for east side yard setback and front property line to demo existing one car garage and breezeway and add two car garage.

The Board may convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(a) to deliberate the above referenced quasi-judicial hearing.

The Board may reconvene into open session to render its decision.
